The agreement
By creating an account or using AdScoreLab, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Rank First Technologies.
Trials and plans
New accounts start with a free trial. After it ends you need a paid plan to keep running new reviews. Each plan sets how many people can use the account and how many AI reviews it can run per day. Features can change and improve; we'll give reasonable notice before removing something you depend on.
Billing
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in the currency shown on the pricing page. Local taxes may apply.
- You can move between plans or cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next invoice; the current period is not refunded unless the law requires it.
- If an invoice stays unpaid, we may pause new reviews until it is settled.
- Prices can change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including team members you add.
- Each account has a daily allowance of AI reviews and a number of seats, set by your plan. Trying to work around limits, for example with many accounts, is not allowed.
Your content
You keep all rights to the creatives, context and results you upload. You give us permission only to store and process them so we can run the service for you, which includes sending them to the AI provider that produces the review. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
- Do not try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not use it to build a competing product from our outputs.
- Do not upload other people's personal data that you are not allowed to share.
No guarantee of results
Reviews, scores, patterns and test suggestions are opinions generated from your data and AI models. They are not a promise of advertising performance and are not approval under Meta's advertising policies. You decide what to publish and what to spend. Always check important numbers against your own ad account.
Third-party services
The service works with Meta and OpenAI. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost advertising spend, lost data or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the service
You can cancel and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, has unpaid invoices, or if we have to stop offering the service. We'll give notice where we reasonably can, so you can export what you need.
Governing law
