[LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED] This page describes how the product actually works, in plain language. Have a lawyer check it against the rules that apply to you before you rely on it.
Who we are
AdScoreLab is operated by Rank First Technologies ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@adscorelab.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
- Creatives you upload: the ad images and videos you review, plus any context you type, such as industry, product and offer.
- Reviews: the scores, findings and suggestions produced for each creative.
- Ad results: the numbers you import from a CSV, type in, or sync from Meta, such as spend, impressions, clicks and results.
- Usage records: how many AI reviews your account has used, and simple sign-in records used to stop password guessing.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Billing details: your company name and billing address for invoices. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
How we use it
- To produce your creative reviews and show them back to you.
- To compare your reviews with your ad results and suggest tests.
- To keep the service running and to protect it from abuse, such as limiting sign-in attempts and daily usage.
- To answer your messages.
Who else processes it
- OpenAI: the creative you upload and the context you enter are sent to OpenAI's API to produce the review. Video speech is transcribed the same way.
- Meta: if you connect your ad account, we read ad performance data through Meta's Marketing API. Read only.
- Our hosting provider: stores the site and your data on servers on our behalf.

Meta connection
The Meta connection asks only for permission to read ad data (ads_read). It cannot create, change or pause ads. Your access token is stored encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time, with the option to delete everything that was synced.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the service to work, and nothing else:
- A sign-in session cookie for the app.
- An optional "keep me signed in" cookie if you choose it.
- A short-lived cookie on this website when you use the contact form, to protect it from abuse.
How long we keep data
Your creatives, reviews, results and tests stay in your account until you delete them or ask us to close the account. Each account keeps a limited number of saved reviews; older ones are removed as new ones arrive. Contact form messages are kept so we can follow up.
Your choices
- Delete any review, imported result or test from inside the app.
- Disconnect Meta and delete the synced data.
- Email us to ask for a copy of your data or to close your account and remove it.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, connection tokens are encrypted, and uploaded creatives are stored outside the public web folder so they cannot be opened by a direct link. No system is perfect, so please use a strong, unique password.
